KANGATRAINING has landed! Classes run Monday, Wednesday and Friday in FRANKSTON, FRANKSTON SOUTH & MORNINGTON!
KANGATRAINING is the ultimate workout for mummies + babies. Baby spends most of the class in a sling/carrier, where they usually fall asleep with the rocking motion of movement to music.
KANGATRAINING is a complete dance based workout during which both cardiovascular endurance/flexibility and muscular capacity/strength are enhanced.
Naturally, the pelvic floor and abdominal muscles as well as correct posture are given special attention.
KANGATRAINING is safe for your pelvic floor muscles and focuses on correct carrying of your baby during the workout.
Mothers who have "successfully completed" a POSTNATAL CHECK UP at their gynacologist/GP (6- 10 weeks following birth) are welcome to join us!
